Tour de Mill Vallé

Design for Biking Route

December 2020

This fall, my friend and I set out to create a bike route in my home town of Mill Valley, California that comprehensively looped through all its main neighborhoods. In turn, I designed this logo and some pieces of promotional material riffing on the aesthetics of professional cycling.

Buttered Roll

Visual Collection

Summer 2020

Buttered Roll is a collection of visual media I created in collaboration with Kapp Singer during the Summer of 2020. In the course of assembling this edition, we asked a variety of designers and artists to submit work from their scrap piles, desktop folders, and old portfolios. We then created new pieces by weaving together visual elements from our pool of submissions. The full publication with both original and remixed work can be viewed here.

Cups in the Cupboard

Photography Spreads

July 2020

Cups in the Cupboard is a book of photography examining the plastic water cups my family has owned for the past fifteen years. The purpose of the project was to explore the relationships between the simple color, texture, and form of these household items. A pdf of the full book can be viewed here.

Digital Weaving

Multi Media Fiber Arts Project

March 2020

In 2019, I joined a collective of students who learn and practice tapestry and textile weaving. In this project, I documented the process of creating my own tapestry and then used that digital record to explore the temporal qualities of the medium by overlaying and animating the images.

Ezra Stiles College

Event Posters

Fall 2019- Present

For over a year, I've worked as the primary creator of promotional materials for Ezra Stiles College at Yale University. These posters, through illustration, collage, and graphic design, represent the humor and personality of the Stiles community.
